An experienced commercial director leading regional and global teams to serve complex customers in the pharmaceutical, CPG, and Oil & Gas industries. Mark formed Segment Pulse Limited in 2008 and works with a wide range of global enterprise organisations. He is a Visiting Fellow with Cranfield School of Management and Aston Business School (Advanced Services Group).
